Doug went over an beyond and made the whole process flow smoothly! I would highly recommend him! We ran into some funding stipulations where improvements needed to be made and he was on top of everything from recommending local contractors to following up to make sure everything was done in an acceptable manner. This was amazing since we are not local.

Don't waste you're time searching for anyone else, Doug is who you are looking for. I want to say upfront that I am not a fan of Realtors. I've worked with several on this and other projects.
